Some parameters of the web-service clients pool should be improved:

maxActive: should be customizable at SU level. Default value = max number of JBI message processors,

maxWait: the existing default value must be customizable at SU level. Default value: 5 minutes,

maxIdle: should be size to a negative value to not limit the number of idle object. Idle objetcs will be removed by the eviction thread.
