On the CDK side, the max size of the JBI message processor pool can be hot-set. On the BC SOAP side, the size of the service client pool is defined according to the max size of the JBI message processor pool.

--> So, the size of the service client pool should be resized when the max size of the JBI message processor pool is hot-changed.
