    The new feature 'Monitoring' coming with Petals ESB Enterprise Edition 4.2 provides probes about allocated threads that was mis-named. These probes are relatives to active threads and not allocated threads. Combine with probes about idle threads, active threads permit to retrieve information about allocated threads. So, API, methods and documentation will be reviewed to rename "Allocated" into "Active".
