Apache Rampart 1.7+ uses only a configuration model based on WS-Policy and WS-Security Policy. The Apache Rampart 1.0 style configuration (already deprecated since Rampart 1.1) is no longer supported in 1.7.0.

So the service unit parameter 'service-parameters' could not be used to configure WS-Security. We should use a policy. All service units defining Ws-Security parameters must be adjusted to work with the new version of Petals BC SOAP
