    1. Expose a Petals as a web service, using the SOAP BC.
    2. Use Soap UI to create a consumer. Copy the WSDL URL. The creation of the client fails.
    3. Try a second time with the same URL. It works.


    It can also be seen in a web browser.
    The first you visit the WSDL address, a blank page is displayed.
    Refresh it and the WSDL appears.
