Add a command to check SSL handshake

    Create a command to be able to check a SSL configuration through a SSL handshake

    USAGE:
       check-ssl-handshake [-h <host>] [-p <port>] [-k <keystore-file> -u <keystore-passphrase>]

    This command will establish a connection to the given server, and try to do a SSL handshake. The SSL certificate of the server is validated using the given keystore or the default Java certificates.
