    The file-based repository contains directories where are installed/deployed SLs, components and SAs. These directories are stored as absolute paths in the system-state.xml. So if you relocate PETALS_HOME, you should be unable to recover your configuration (SLs, components and SAs).

    Please, replace absolute paths by relative paths in the file-based repository.
