There is no need of having a special project type for BPEL croquis.
A user can simply create a BPEL project, add the Petals BPEL nature if he wants, and then export the created BPEL as a set of Petals projects.

We then only need to have an export wizard that introspects the BPEL and creates the SU and SA projects.
