The wizard for the FT 2.4 is in fact intended for the old version of the FT 3.0.
The current version of the File Transfer component is not correctly supported.

Actions to do:

Update the global XML sxchema for the XML editor.

Update the XML schema in the FT BC in the studio (version 2.4).
