You mean useful, don't you?
It can also be installed directly for those who need it. Petals Studio support the installation of new plug-ins in it.

Most people won't even think about installing it. Integrating the necessary stuff for debuging SOAP would make the studio more complete and integrated.

SoapUI will not be integrated. There is an update site for it and it can be installed separately.
