    The SCA feature should not be installed by default in the studio.
    However, this feature should be part of the update site (p2 repository) made available on the studio's website. Thus, people willing to use it will be able to install it.

What is the problem with keeping it in the Studio.
If we expect people to install it by themselves, they simply won't do it and won't use SCA. That would be a pity.
