The BC SOAP uses 'soap:synchronous-timeout' instead of 'petalsCDK:timeout' to define the timeout.

The wizards generating SOAP service unit use the parameter 'petalsCDK:timeout'. Update the parameter name.

In next version of the BC (v4.1), the parameter 'soap:synchronous-timeout' is replaced by 'petalsCDK:timeout'.
