Hi,

Can you try to force the project encoding to UTF-8 please?
Go into Window > Preferences, and then under General > Workspace. In the options, try to force the encoding to UTF-8.

Sorry is in Petals Studio with KPI Component.

Error appears on Petals deployment. Petals Studio and Petals ESB are installed on Windows Vista Pro

I have the same problem in petals view 1.2.0 build 20110913-1707

Do you mean Petals Studio?
Otherwise, I understand the deployment fails on Windows and that you get this error in Petals. On which system were created the service units for the KPI component?
