    Currently, when a SCA sketch project is exported, it results in a service assembly.
    This export makes several things (updating the composite, generating WSDL files...).
    It should not create the SA directly, but instead generate SA and SU projects.

SCA is not supported anymore in Petals 4.

The composite transformation was completed (almost done for references)
Icon and XSD update
The SCA sketch wizard was disabled (too complex for the next release)

TODO: finish the reference processing.
TODO: generate the projects from the parsing result.

Commit # 1818

The former SCA export wizard was removed.
Reusable wizard page were moved in the *.common plug-in
The composite introspection was implemented
New generation utilities were added (and could be used by the BPEL as well)
