    In the studio, there is a validation rule for jbi.xml files that states that when a provider SU does not have a WSDL, the service name URI and the interface name URI should be the same. This is probably due to the fact that Petals generates an empty WSDL in that case.

    This should be checked to make sure this rule is necessary.
