To reproduce it:
+ Create a SA project and 2 SU projects.
+ Make the SA project reference the SU projects.
+ Delete one SU project from the workspace, without deleting it from the disk.
+ Import the project you deleted.

It should then appear in the projects explorer under the SA project.
Except it does not appear anywhere (not even under the SU category).
