    When the JAX-WS utiltiies are used and that no problem is encountered (apparently), the command trace should be logged anyway.
    Logging it or not should be defined by a property in the preference pages.

The preferences centralization was improved (almost API)
A new preference was added to determine whether JAX-WS traces should be logged or not
