    When a SA's jbi.xml file is saved, the SA's POM should be updated.
    All (and only) the referenced SU projects should be added to dependencies of the SA's POM.

Added a mechanism to automatically update the POM dependencies of SA projects
Added an entry in the preference pages to disable the automatic POM update
Added a right-click action to explicitly update the POM dependencies of a SA project
