Under "Petals Utilities", add a wizard "Petals Java Client".
    This wizard would:

    1. Ask to select a Petals service to invoke.
    2. Create a SOAP consume.
    3. Optionaly, create a SA project embedding both the SOAP consume and the consumed project.
    4. Create a Java client for the Petals service.
    5. Update the WSDL URL in the generated classes (using a preview dialog in the last page of the wizard, to tell the user what to update then).

The proposed URL (by default) will point to a local Petals installation.
The user is then free to update it.
