    Add a new feature to be able to relaunch an identified flow from a use specified checkpoint.

    If an error occurs during a flow, if the error is fixed, this feature permits to continu the flow without to restart from the begining.

    If a data waste occurs on a ressource connected to the ESB, this feature permits to reload data on the ressources restarting the associated flows.
