Currently, logs in the BC SOAP are only marked by the component name, but when multiple services are involved in a flow, it can become complex to understand what is happening.

To ease reading the logs, we should have one sublogger for each service.

For Consumes the name of the logger will be based on the service name (service-name or the deprecated address).

For Provides the name of the logger will be based on the provides endpoint name.
