If you create your own taxo, and let's the root domain at dragon.org the following message appears during
    Petals Master initialization:

Can't load TModels from location: classpath:tmodel/base-tmodels.xml

This problem which means: the passed key does not conform to UDDI v3 rules: uddi:test.org:categorization:logicalenvironment

for example the custom taxo key must match the "root.domain" property in dragon.properties file

This bug is now fixed, by statically dragon tModel in static tModel application map, so allow to use a different root domain that dragon.org
