Still, it is not very intuitive the first time.
Besides, there are several "Search" actions glued together and a lonely "Create" one in last position.
That does not make the "Create" action easy to see.
Eventually, since Petals Master is only available in English for the moment, having "Create" put first would result in actions being displayed alphabetically. That would be easier to read.
Anyway, this is just my opinion.

Anyway, this is just my opinion.
This action order is a deliberate choice. The reason is : your service repo will not be empty for a long time (once the product is in production phase). So the most used action is the "search" action.
