If orchestration ad to come as a usual use case of this component, some API methods should be added to the JBI Context class.
Typical methods that would be helpful:

Data Handler methods.

XPath methods.

DOM methods.

XSL transformation.

XML Validation.

An alternative might be to use EasyCommons directly in the JSR-181 SU.
Or the SE may provide a real API that behind uses EasyCommon and other methods.
