Commit # 2098
Change the way resources are selected in LastActionPerformers (SU wizards)
Optimization of the viewer's update in the Petals projects view
Fix for some lacks in the content provider of the Petals projects view
If an existing project sees a new valid jbi.xml file appear, add it in the Petals viewer (was the cause of another problem with the JSR-181, but with the WSDL-first approach this time)
