When a jbi.xml that contains a consume block is validated, the builder partially validates the MEP and the operation.
For all the components (except the SOAP), the MEP cannot be null, nor the operation.

The builder should go further, by trying to find the WSDL of the consumed service, and by validating the values of the jbi.xml with this WSDL. The operation should exist in this WSDL, and the MEP should be valid with respect to the WSDL operation.
