[#PETALSSTUD-83] Propose a list of operation (and MEP) from the consumed service WSDL - Petals Link JIRA

Description:

Sometimes <petalsCDK:operation> can have any operation name, sometimes it has to be well set.
In the second case, why not retrieving parameters from the service that is chained after?

Petals 3.1 + EIP 2.4.3 + Studio 1.1.0 + Webconsole 2.0.3 + Windows 7
