    There should be a wizard to create shared-libraries for Petals.
    The wizard would look somehow to the component's one and rely on the Petals Maven plug-in.

Commit # 1886
New wizard to create a shared-library with the Petals Maven plug-in.
New category for shared-libraries in the "Petals projects" view.
Libraries should be added through the POM and not through the wizard.
